4 cups fresh arugula
1 cup red or green grapes, halved
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
For the Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
