Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise (or burger sauce of choice)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Place a tortilla on a clean surface and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise or your preferred burger sauce in the center.
Add a portion of the cooked beef on top of the sauce, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Brush each wrap with a little olive oil.
Grill the wraps on a preheated grill or grill pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy your grilled cheeseburger wraps!
