Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (for stuffing)
½ cup ketchup (optional for topping)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
On a piece of parchment paper, flatten the meat mixture into a rectangular shape (about 1 inch thick).
Spread the shredded cheese evenly in the center of the flattened meat mixture.
Carefully roll the meat mixture around the cheese, sealing the edges to create a loaf.
Place the stuffed meatloaf in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
Optional: Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf for extra flavor.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the meatloaf is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
