Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz egg noodles, cooked
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
In a crockpot, add the beef stew meat, diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
To thicken the sauce, whisk the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
Serve the beef tips over the cooked noodles, and garnish with fresh parsley.
