
Ingredients:
6 slices white bread
6 slices deli ham
6 slices turkey
6 slices Swiss cheese
3 large eggs
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Raspberry jam (for serving)
Directions:
Assemble the sandwiches: On each of 3 slices of bread, layer one slice of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
Cook the sandwiches in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Remove from heat and dust with powdered sugar.
Serve warm with a side of raspberry jam for dipping.
