Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:
1 can crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Powdered sugar for dusting
Optional: Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Lemon Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Add the Filling: Place a spoonful of the lemon cheesecake filling on the wider end of each crescent dough triangle.
Roll Up the Crescents: Gently roll the crescent dough, starting from the wider end, and roll toward the smaller tip. Place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake: Bake the crescent rolls for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Cool and Garnish: Allow them to cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar and, if desired, garnish with lemon slices.
Serve: Enjoy your lemon cheesecake crescent rolls warm or at room temperature!
