Cheesy Ground Beef Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
8 slider buns
2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
Optional: pickles, lettuce, or your favorite toppings

Directions:
Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add the cheese: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and the beef is coated in cheesy goodness.
Assemble the sliders: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture evenly over each bun. Top with the remaining bun halves.
Brush with butter: Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter for a golden finish.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the buns are golden and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite sides!
