Juicy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season the wings with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake the wings: Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked.
Make the buffalo sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce and honey (if using) until well combined.
Toss the wings: Once the wings are done baking, toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Serve: Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
