Chicken Gloria

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour to coat.
Brown the chicken: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the mushrooms: In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden, about 5 minutes.
Make the sauce: Stir in the chicken broth and sour cream, mixing until smooth. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes.
Assemble the dish: Place the browned chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
