Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:
Prep the shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook the shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp: Place the shrimp in the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
Add lemon: Pour in the lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir to coat the shrimp in the zesty sauce, and cook for another minute.
Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
