Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
Assemble the casserole: In a casserole dish, spread the shredded chicken evenly. Pour the buffalo cream cheese mixture over the chicken and stir to combine.
Add the cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions and fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
