Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
1 lb penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Cook the pasta: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the garlic: In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta and cubed chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
Transfer to a baking dish: Pour the pasta and sauce mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
