Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
12 slider buns
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Prepare the buffalo chicken: In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Toast the buns: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter. Toast in the oven for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
Assemble the sliders: Spread a little ranch or blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Add a spoonful of buffalo chicken on top, followed by lettuce and sliced onion (if using). Place the top half of the bun on each slider.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra buffalo sauce or dressing on the side.
