
Ingredients:
10 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3️⃣ Lay out each cooked lasagna noodle flat, and spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture evenly over each noodle.
4️⃣ Roll up the noodles tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish that has a little Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
5️⃣ Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6️⃣ Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
7️⃣ Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve!
