Cheesy Tater Tot Meatloaf Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
Prepare the mixture: Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked beef and stir well. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Add the soup and cheese: Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the beef mixture, then sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with tater tots: Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer on top of the casserole.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Add cheese: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
