Ingredients:
8 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
1/2 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 cup green onions, chopped (plus more for garnish)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the noodles: Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Marinate the beef: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add vegetables: Toss in the julienned carrots and green onions, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
Combine with noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together, ensuring the sauce coats the noodles evenly.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and extra green onions. Serve hot and enjoy the spicy kick!
