1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 avocado, diced

For the dressing:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Make the dressing: In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, basil, parsley, and chives. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
