Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage or Italian sausage, cut into chunks
4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sausage chunks, and trimmed green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Bake the casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and tender and the sausage is fully cooked.
Add cheese: In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the casserole and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm!
