Garlic Butter Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into wedges
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the squash: Place the butternut squash wedges in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the squash, tossing to coat evenly.
Roast: Arrange the squash wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the squash is golden and caramelized at the edges.
Garnish: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
