Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Season the chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
Cook the chicken: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and slice into strips.
Cook the pasta: Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, remaining Cajun seasoning, and salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Top with the sliced chicken.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
