Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
½ lb ground pork (optional)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
2 tbsp brown sugar (for glaze)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (for glaze)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the Meatloaf Base: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (and pork if using), breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Shape the Meatloaf: On a piece of parchment paper or a cutting board, shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf form. Create a small well in the center for the cheese.
Add the Cheese: Fill the well with shredded cheese. Place the remaining meat mixture on top, sealing the cheese inside.
Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
Glaze and Bake: Place the meatloaf in a baking dish, brush the top with the glaze, and bake for about 55–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
