1 lb ground beef
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 large carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Combine ingredients: Add the beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
Make the broth: Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
Serve: Stir well before serving. Enjoy warm!
