Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can Rotel (drained)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, and pepper.
Form balls: Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Perfect for parties or appetizers!
