Cheesesteak Tortellini in Rich Provolone Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or steak, cooked and crumbled
10 oz cheese tortellini
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Cook the tortellini: Prepare cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or steak over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Make the sauce: Add the beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Add cheese: Stir in the shredded provolone until melted and creamy.
Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the cheesy sauce.
Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
