Honey Garlic Chicken with Creamy Macaroni

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Macaroni:
8 oz elbow macaroni or cavatappi
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the macaroni: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, coating the chicken in the sauce.
Make the macaroni: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheeses, stirring until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve: Slice the chicken and serve alongside the creamy macaroni. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra sauce drizzled on top.
