Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
8 oz lo mein noodles
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
3 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the noodles: Boil lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry the vegetables: In the same skillet, add broccoli, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Combine sauces: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
Mix it all together: Add the beef back to the skillet along with the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce mixture over and toss everything together. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
