Bang Bang Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into slider-sized pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Slider buns, toasted
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
For the Bang Bang Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lime juice

Directions:
In a bowl, mix the buttermilk with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate in the buttermilk for 20-30 minutes.
In another bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing the excess to drip off, and dredge each piece in the seasoned flour mixture.
Fry the chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Assemble the sliders by placing a fried chicken piece on each toasted bun. Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
