Shrimp, Zucchini, Potatoes, and Spicy Italian Sausage Foil Pack

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 spicy Italian sausages, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, and baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
Tear off 4 large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly between them.
Fold the sides of the foil packs to seal them tightly.
Grill the foil packs for about 15-20 minutes, or bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the shrimp is cooked through.
Carefully open the foil packs and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
