Delectable Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

Extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Directions

Prepare the base: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of serving bowls or cups.

Make the cheesecake fluff: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.

Assemble: Spoon the cheesecake fluff over the graham cracker base. Top with cherry pie filling.

Chill and serve: Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs for added crunch.
