2 cups medium pasta shells
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Directions
Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta shells according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the heavy cream and garlic powder, and bring to a simmer. Add the shredded cheddar and Parmesan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine everything: Toss the cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken with the cheesy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake (optional): For a crispy finish, transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden.
