Stir-Fried Chicken with Cabbage and Green Onions

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced

1/2 head of cabbage, chopped

4 green onions, sliced

1 small carrot, julienned

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Cook the chicken slices until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for about one minute until fragrant.

Add cabbage, carrot, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat all ingredients in the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
