Loaded Tater Tot Meatball Casserole with Creamy Gravy

Ingredients

1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots

1 pound frozen meatballs, thawed

1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Spread the tater tots evenly in the bottom of a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.

Place the thawed meatballs on top of the tater tots.

In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and sour cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs and tater tots. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
