Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the egg noodles and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and let it melt for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.
