4 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1 cup ham, diced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese (optional, for creaminess)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or oil, for frying
Instructions
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese if using, and green onions. Add mayonnaise or cream cheese if you want a creamier filling. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Tortilla Rolls
Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Roll up tightly, folding in the sides to keep the filling secure.
Cook the Rolls
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool slightly.
Serve
Slice each roll in half or into bite-sized pieces.
