
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix well until evenly combined.
Assemble the Sliders
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer.
Place the top half of the rolls on top to cover the filling.
Add Topping
Brush melted butter over the top of the rolls.
Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and rolls are warmed through.
Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Serve warm.
