
Ingredients:
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
For Topping:
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Meat:
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
Make the Sauce: - Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, Alfredo sauce, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and smoked paprika. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Combine & Bake: - Add cooked pasta and half of the crispy bacon to the sauce. Stir until coated.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar and bacon on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve & Enjoy: - Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve warm!
