
Ingredients:
500g grilled steak, sliced
4 large potatoes, cut into fries
1 cup melted cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Season the steak with garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Grill until medium-rare, then slice.
Fry the potatoes until golden brown, then drain excess oil.
In a saucepan, melt butter, then mix in heavy cream and cheese until creamy.
Place fries on a serving plate, pour the cheese sauce, and top with steak slices.
Garnish with bell peppers and parsley. Serve warm!
