Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Steps:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, and whole milk. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Stir in the crispy bacon and mix well.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
