
Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Steps:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, and whole milk. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Stir in the crispy bacon and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
