Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream Sugars and Oil: In a separate large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in the shredded zucchini, chocolate chips, and walnuts (if using).
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your rich, chocolatey bread!
