Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
Salsa (for serving)
Directions:
Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
Season the Beef: Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce over each tortilla.
Add Beef and Toppings: Spoon the seasoned beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and black olives if using.
Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up from the bottom to enclose the filling. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
