Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
1 1/2 cups diced strawberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Make Batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the mashed bananas, diced strawberries, and chopped walnuts (if using).
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
