Quick Garlic Butter Steak Noodle Heaven

Ingredients:
For the Steak & Noodles:
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
8 oz egg noodles or fettuccine
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup beef broth
For Garnish:
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp lemon zest (optional)

Directions:
Cook the Noodles:
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak slices with salt and black pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
    Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
    Combine & Serve:
  5. Add cooked noodles and steak back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and lemon zest. Serve warm!
