
Ingredients:
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 3 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic butter, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Gently stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
