Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 3 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic butter, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Gently stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
