
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle or your desired shape.
Transfer the rolled dough to the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the breadsticks are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, before cutting into sticks.
