No-Bake Banana Split Cake Dessert

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Banana Layer:
3 large bananas, sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice (to prevent browning)
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup or hot fudge sauce

Directions:
Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Prepare the Banana Layer: Toss banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange the banana slices evenly over the crust.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
Add the Topping: Sprinkle pineapple tidbits, maraschino cherries, and chopped nuts (if using) evenly over the cream cheese layer. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or hot fudge sauce.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
