Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Stir until the cracker crumbs are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the buttered cracker crumbs over the top of the chicken mixture.
If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the cracker topping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
