S’mores Pie: A Gooey Campfire Classic in a Slice

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
Prepare the Chocolate Filling: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour it over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and fully melted.
Assemble the Pie: Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust. Let it sit for 5 minutes to slightly firm up.
Add Marshmallows: Top the chocolate filling with mini marshmallows, covering the entire surface.
Broil: Place the pie under the oven broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
