Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets: Crispy, Juicy, and Healthier!

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray

Directions:
Prepare Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Set Up Breading Station: Place the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another, and combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a third dish.
Bread the Chicken: Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly in the panko mixture, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Air Fry the Chicken: Lightly spray both sides of the breaded chicken with olive oil spray. Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Remove the chicken cutlets from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad!
