Creamy Beef and Shells – Comfort Food Perfection!

Ingredients:
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add Seasonings and Sauce:
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Make it Creamy:
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Allow it to heat through, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and stir to coat the pasta in the creamy beef sauce.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy a bowl of creamy, cheesy goodness!
