Slow Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 sandwich rolls or buns

Directions:
I. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken, then top with softened cream cheese and chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
II. Once the chicken is done, shred it directly in the slow cooker using two forks, mixing it with the creamy sauce until well combined.
III. Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
IV. Spoon the chicken mixture onto sandwich rolls or buns. Serve hot and enjoy!
